Property Tax Rate for Langdon Place for the fiscal year of July 1, 2024 thru June 30, 2025, is $0.242 per $100 of assessed value.

 

Delinquent taxes are considered fully collectible and therefore no allowance for in collectible taxes provided.

 

Bills paid before March 16 receive a 5% discount.  Bills paid on or after March 16, but before July 1 pay the face amount on the bill.  

 

Bills paid after July 1 are charged a penalty of 10% plus interest rate of 1% per month, or part thereof, until paid in full.
